Visit us

Eastbridge has been providing a place of hospitality for over 800 years. It is now home to our Indwellers for whom it provides a safe place to live during their later years. Their welfare is our primary concern.

Our carefully preserved historic buildings are not just monuments to an interesting and eventful past, they continue to play an active role in the life of the City. They are used by local groups for theatrical and musical productions.

Our Franciscan Gardens next door provide a short escape from the bustle of the city.  In 2020, the gardens were replanted to better reflect their historical and horticultural heritage. Truly a haven of peace. We are now welcoming visitors to the gardens year round, for information on ticket prices to visit the Gardens and for opening hours, check out the website: https://www.franciscangardens.org.uk/
